My name is Johnny Perez. I was born in Los Angeles, but raised in Fort Wayne, IN. I grew up in the south side of town and gained an appreciation for the diversity in our city. After graduating from South Side H.S I pursued my culinary degree at Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI. I returned to Fort Wayne and finished out my B.S in Hospitality Management at IPFW. For about the past 5 years I have had the opportunity to manage for The Hoppy Gnome, Baker Street, and Proximo restaurant group (OBICAI). I love restaurants and the amount of work that goes into creating a complete experience for guests. I hope that our passion shows through our food and relationships along the way. My wife, Esli, and family have been huge supporters and we’re excited to have you join us on this journey.
